having been transferred to, and shall be exercisable
by, the Minister of War Transport or persons
authorised by him;
(3) all functions exercisable by the Governor, the
Governor in Executive Council, or any officer or
authority of the Government of the Colony under
any enactment shall be regarded as having been
transferred to, and shall be exercisable by, the
Secretary of State;

the enactments mentioned in column 1 of the Schedule
to this Order shall have effect subject to the
modifications set out in column 2 of the said Schedule.
3.(1) It shall be lawful for the Secretary of State by
Order under his hand to amend the Schedule to this Order or
to add any enactment and modification thereof to that
Schedule; and as from the date upon which any such Order
of the Secretary of State comes into operation, paragraph (4)
of Section 2 of this Order shall have effect subject to the
amendments so made or shall have effect as respects the
enactments and modifications so added, as the case may be.
(2) Any Order made under this section may be varied or
revoked by further Orders made in like manner.
4. His Majesty hereby reserves to himself, is Heirs and fuccessors, power with the advice of Kis or their Privy Council to revoke, alter or amend this Order as to Kim them shall seem fit.

5. Paragraphs (3) and (4) of Section 2 of this Order
shall be deemed to have come into operation on the
twenty-sixth day of December, 1941.
